Change of seasons affects our biological clocks. If your biological clock is in sync with nature you can’t ignore the changes in the body that occur in tune with the planet.
Stiffness in the legs and hips or a running nose is usually a leading indicator for many, that the seasons are changing and it’s time to re-sync daily activities. In many ways, equinox is also the time for the soul. Large questions loom in the mind, but the days are also busier, so it’s important to honor both the physical tolls of the season and its mental vastness.
So if you have your PEMF mat or hydrogen machine tucked away in a corner cupboard, this is the perfect time to have a session, the re-balancing is rapid and will refresh the body and the mind quickly. Scientifically too, a change of season produces more oxidative stress and should be dealt with swiftly in order to slow down aging.
I’ve spent much time reviewing and updating the brainwave entrainment research review. Pulsing the brain with light and PEMF can be used to enhance mental and neurological performance.
In a recent collaborative study by scientists from California Institute of Technology, Princeton university and Tokyo Institute of Technology on the transduction of the Geomagnetic fields in the human brain, it was concluded that the human brain is influenced by geomagnetic field stimuli due to the presence of ferromagnetic transduction elements such as crystals of magnetite (Fe3O4). The Earth’s magnetic field intensity is just 0.25 – 0.65 Gauss, so we can see just how mild of a pulsed stimulation can be sufficient to entrain the brain using natural geomagnetical magnetic field intensities.
I’ve been pulsing the brain since more than 13 years now, often for extended hours at a time. I’ve worked with thousands of PEMF users and scientists to study the effects of entraining the brain with PEMF, and we have seen some spectacular recoveries and improvement in brain function with consistent use. On a personal level, I found it to be highly effective for mental, emotional and spiritual health. There’s a lot more research now as mainstream universities have brain stimulation projects. The future of neurology is non-invasive for several afflictions.

Hydrogen-Oxygen Mixture - Research Review
New hydrogen therapy research is coming out all the time. Inhalation of pure hydrogen has shown to reduce epithelial apoptosis (tissue death) in ventilator-induced lung injury. It’s easy to image why hydrogen would be needed in ICUs.
